We act as ‘Subject Matter Supplementors’, leaving behind sustainable solutions and trained workforces.
Richard Eichen, Founder and Managing PartnerRich' job is to tell truth to power and
then, working wth Management, execute on this new understanding.
Rich focuses on systems, business operations
and processes, particularly the implementation of complex core backbones involving integration to other systems and external
services. Examples are P&C core platforms, ERP, and Financial Systems. Most recently, this has included in-house and
Cloud/SaaS based solutions, as well as respective vendors.
Often, he is brought into troubled mission-critical projects to restore health and secure delivery, even in cases
where he has to ‘buck the trend' to achieve results. Leveraging his Customer Experience focused process analysis experience,
as well as his hands-on operating management experience, Rich is highly experienced in executing dynamic transformative strategies,
including cost reductions and operational efficiencies, often as part of reversing over-budget project trajectories and restoring
Top Line Revenue and EBIDTA growth. Often, Mr. Eichen is required to renegotiate license and maintenance agreements to reflect
the ‘new reality'.
Rich is highly experienced in accessing
acquisition targets, as well as creating, and executing, Company and Product Roadmaps. He has many successful engagements
where, working with Management, he helped revive a technology based vendor, including hardware, software, OnDemand and BPO.
Mr. Eichen is a published Program/Project Management thought
leader, including a bylined chapter in a graduate level textbook, Business Driven PMO Setup, published by J. Ross, 2009. He
has also been interviewed on multiple project management podcasts and webinars. He also writes RoE's blog, www.growroe.wordpress.com.
In his varried global experiences, Rich has coped with wars, revolution, general strikes, hyperinflation and
has volunteered at several archeologial sites (which some say caused his long-term perspective on organizations). A
9/11 WTC survivor, he recently donated his personal belongings from that day to the National September 11 Memorial Museum.
Gill Park, PhD, Partner and Practice Leader for Lean Process DesignGill is a partner who has
led over 50 engagements, mostly for Fortune 100 companies. He possesses a broad background in several business segments Lean
Administration/Services, Organizational Development and Lean Manufacturing. As such, Gill has developed an extremely broad
and deep understanding of how processes can be redesigned to pull significant costs out of an organization while increasing
throughput. The usual outcome is additional production capacity and free cash. Prior to entering consulting he was the
Deputy Commissioner and Director of Operations for the City of New York, Human Resources Administration, leading over 8,500
employees.
